For the Love of Lamiaceae - All Day Sipping - Herbal Tea Blend is a love poem to the plant family Lamiaceae, one of the most abundant medicinal plant families in the world! This blend includes a few of my favorite plants in this family and is a lovely, soothing yet uplifting blend that is excellent as a sun tea or hot tea.

 Ingredients: holy basil, lemon balm, self heal, anise hyssop, catnip, peppermint

Suggested Use: Standard serving size 1 tsp. Ideal to steep tea for 10-15 minutes. For stronger tea 2 tsp, boil tea in water before straining to drink. Drink as desired.
