Private Yoga Lessons
Whether you want to learn yoga, recover from an injury, build strength, develop meditation practices or learn to work with your chakras, an intake form will be provided upon purchase to identify your interests and goals. Sessions are held via zoom, an intake form and booking calender will be emailed upon purchase. Styles taught- Iyengar, Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Tantra

Private 75 minute yoga sessions are uniquely designed to meet each students goals
(3) Class Package
Includes 3 one hour private yoga classes held once weekly or bi-weekly as well as a copy of their personalized sequence and breathing exercises from sessions.
